Frequently Asked Questions:

What is the turnaround time on invitation design?

This really depends on whether it’s a fully or semi-custom design. Semi-custom designs don’t typically take more than a couple days turnaround for design approval once you send us your wording. Fully custom designs take a little longer since we’re spending the time to create something new for you from scratch. We like to allow two weeks for fully custom designs and one week for semi-custom designs to make sure everyone’s super happy with the final outcome. Please refer to the timeline below and read our full T&C’s before placing an order.

Please Note
While we will make every attempt to follow up on the above cut-off dates (we want to make this happen for you!), White Lane Designs takes no responsibility for any delays in receiving your stationery if the timeline is not strictly followed. In some instances, a rush order fee may be incurred. Potential delays in delivery have been factored into these dates.

What is the print/delivery turnaround time?

Printing generally takes 3-5 business days depending on whether die cutting or duplexing is required, and up to 10 business days for letterpress/foiling. Shipping can take anywhere between 2-10 business days so we like to allow up to three weeks turnaround time from the date that final approval and payment is made. Please refer to the timeline above and read our full T&C’s before placing an order.

Can I change the colours of one of your designs?

Yes! All of our semi-custom design listings include an infographic with a range of colours that will work with that design at no extra cost - all you need to do is let us know which of the colours you’d like in the notes section when you order or via email.

Will I receive a digital proof beforehand?

Yes! We will always send a digital proof to you for approval before we send anything to print. For semi-custom designs you will then be able to make one artwork change and for fully custom designs you will be able to make three artwork changes. After this, a $25 revision fee will be incurred.
